Abstract
In the past 20 years, the positive expansion of higher education in Taiwan
has shifted from an elite education to universal education. As a result, the quality
of all citizens has improved, but problems such as value deviation, learning gap
and a decline in creativity have also arisen. The crisis is a turning point. How
to adjust the vitality, employability, and creativity of higher education under
the limited resources are a problem that must be taken seriously.This paper
attempts to put forward the three specific strategies of how to strengthen on the
vitality, employability, and creativity of higher education in order to enhance its
competitiveness.
