In 2019, there were six great events in the relation among U.S., China, and
Taiwan: Jinping Xi proposed “one country, two systems” to Taiwan, Hong Kong

protested against extradition law, China seized two diplomatic allies of Taiwan,
comprehensive progress of relation between Taiwan and U.S., trade war and
technology war between China and U.S. and “Chinese spy case of William Wang”
in Australia. These six great events influenced each other and resulted in significant

effect. They directly affected the presidential election on January 11, 2020. TsaiIng-
Wen bounced in one year from the low standing in the poll and renewed her term.
Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) won legislative majority for the second time
after 2016.

壹、前言

美國、中共與台灣的三角關係一直以來都受到關注，除了是媒體
焦點，更成為學術研究的重要議題。對於台灣來說，這不僅是對外關

係的問題，更影響台灣內部的政治發展。2019 年可以說是美、中、台
三邊關係激烈變化的一年，而且直接影響了台灣年輕世代的政治認同。

貳、「遠見雜誌」民調凸顯台灣 2019 年的主流民意

「遠見」雜誌每年都進行「台灣民心動向大調查」，已長達 12 年，
因此有相當的參考價值，2019 年 12 月 13 日公布了最新調查結果，這
