Abstract

Technical and vocational education cultivates a lot of technical skills of
professional talents, and it is an indispensable and important role in economic
development in Taiwan with the advancement of technology, the needs of emyloyee

in industry are shifted from mono-profession to mult-profession. Therefore, the
future cultivation direction of higher technical and vocational education will
be transformed into training interdisciplinary professionals as the major goal.
However, this research examines the current status of technical and vocational

education, the previous skills and educational mismatch, the low employment rate
of graduates, the derailment of teachers and industries, and many other problems
have room for improvement. This study proposes include seven strategies of
five mail aspects: industry development trends, curriculum design and planning,

learning directions, education systems, and teaching methods, which can be used
as a reference for future higher technical education for interdisciplinary talent

cultivation.

壹、高等技職教育人才培育的現況

《技術及職業教育政策綱領》提及我國過去的技職教育受到文憑
至上的影響，因此在家長或學生的眼中技職教育常常淪為升學選擇的
第二順位（行政院，2017），雖然近年來政府推動技職教育再造方案

在學習成果逐漸受到社會的重視與認同，但是我國技職教育仍面臨眾
多困境，如：學生技能未符合產業需求、學生的學習動機過低、就業
